Since 1931 the Boetto Butcher proposes to its clients, Piedmont beef and pork meats, crafts lunch meat, local food products and trouts raised on their own. The production flagships are the lunch meat produced with crafted methods, that are followed by the owners themselves. Among these the row salami Prà d’la féra and the “Crudo di Pont” received the aknowledgement of the Gran Paradiso Trademark of Quality. The salami production is made complete with cooked ham, cooked salami, bacon, lards with flavours, coppe, bresaole, mocette and speck handicraft produced by their own too. Other than the production of meats, lunch meats and gastronomy products, the company offers clients trouts farmed by their own in source water that are sold whole, smoked or threaded.
