"Le Fonti Minerali" alpine hut

[collapse title=Position]The restaurant of the Alpin shelter “Le Fonti”, placed on the south side of the Orco stream, is easily reachable by car through a driveway that from the state road 460 goes down (be careful to the sights) and ends with a short bridge that links the two sides of the stream.

It's far around 1,5 km from the Town Hall and 1,3 km from the Giro Lago. The latter is reachable from the restaurant also through a shorter path, that goes through the forest, that has, in some sections, very high gradients.

The closest structure of the Park are the visitors centre Homo et Ibex, reachable walking around 1 km of the SS 460 towards Cuorgné, and the equipped area Perabacù, reachable walking around 7 km of the SP 50 towards the Nivolet. [/collapse]

[collapse title=Car park]The parking area is next to the facility and is reachable, turning on the right after the small bridge, walking a short paved road that goes parallel to the building. In the Parking area, with stabilized ground, there is not a dedicated parking to disabled, but spaces are sufficiently wide to guarantee the service.

From the parking, in order to reach the ramp that leads to the restaurant entrance, it's necessary to walk through the paved road that goes parallel to the building, towards the bridge.

The ramp is paved with stone slabs and doesn't have helping handles. [/collapse]

[collapse title=Entrance]The entrance door, as it's also the emergency door, opens outwards with traditional external handle and internal panic handle. At the entrance, after the door, there is a step that can be overcome thanks to the movable ramp of which is equipped the restaurant. Both external and internal there is a quite wide area that permits the direction change.

There are no aids for blind or visually impared. [/collapse]

[collapse title=Restaurant dining room]Once the step is overcame, the rest of the restaurant: two restaurant rooms divided by a wide door, doesn't have obstacles to the wheelchair usability, even if the moving spaces result to be rather narrow. The pavement of the halls is in very good conditions. The bar counter/cash is not equipped to serve a disabled person. [/collapse]

[collapse title=Reception]The bar counter/cash is not equipped to serve a disabled person, both for heights and for signs, but there are no obstacles that permit in any way the usability of it.[/collapse]

[collapse title=Hygienic services]Hygienic services are not suitable for a wheelchair disabled use as equipped only with a pit toilet and raised a step from the anteroom floor that is at the same level of a restaurant area. In the anteroom there is a sink that is not suitable due to the pedal control water dispenser. [/collapse]
