Service organization
The Service is divided into two areas: Staff Office and Accounting Office. They feature a person in charge, an administrative collaborator, two administrative assistants and three administrative workers. The whole office is located at the Aosta headquarter.

The task of the Accounting Office is to draft the budget, the final accounts and any variations in the current year. The activity includes the assessment and collection of incomes, commitments and issuing payment authorizations.
It is also in charge of the provision of goods, services and the management of the heritage of assets and property, the latter in collaboration with the Planning and Technical Office.
The task of the Staff Office is to maintain and update the mandatory books and registers, to prepare the documents regarding hiring and cancellations from service, the payment of wages and salaries and social security payments, adjustment to the current contract and tax regulations for staff.
At the headquarters there is also a front office service with tasks of secretary, telephone operator and protocol to the service of the Administrative Service and the Planning and Technical Service.
